Any information you provide us through contact, subscription, feedback and comments on the site will not be distributed or exchanged with any other organization without your consent, and we will not use your email address for any reason other than important system information or planet-therapy.com mailing lists.

Refunds and complaints

Refunds are granted (minus a $5 administration fee) prior to your beginning to listen to a workshop. Once you have started to listen to a workshop, you are not entitled to a refund. However, if you feel that you have signed up for the wrong workshop or have extenuating circumstance, please contact us and we can discuss the issue.

Any complaints regarding other issues can be sent directly to planet-therapy.com by selecting "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page. These may pertain to ethical issues, discrimination or concerns regarding any of the content.
